When the waters of life are silent, everything in life is clear. It is the turbulence of our mind that creates the haziness around our surrounding waters as well as muddles the overall picture of what's to be done in life.
The colors of this slide shot of Klamath Lake in Oregon were exactly the same when it was taken that dusk. We were driving south on our way to California when we saw this striking and amazing work of the Master Painter appearing before us. This was taken with a 210mm telephoto lens to isolate the electric lines near us. The low dusk light requires the camera with long lens a tripod. Had I looked in the trunk and used it, the light would have been very dark...and the color, changed. Instead, a bean bag was used on top of the hood of the car as an impromptu tripod. This is one of the images I used in the book, "Place of Tides: Visualisation using Nature Energies."
