_________About This Series_________
The Labor of Love Series started many years ago. I have always enjoyed experimenting with color and the contrast that only a clean black frame can give. These pieces are extremely labor intensive taking me up to 5 times the hours it takes me to do the equivalent in a simple abstract. But they are my first love and it is very exciting to me to see a painting come to life as I finish the black framing. My large vibrant abstracts have done very well online and I feel blessed to get to paint for a career. The price is very low when the labor is considered. There are so many paintings to choose from online. But if you are looking for something very special that is painted with love and care, I welcome your purchase. With these paintings I am not simply looking to make some money, I want them to be truly appreciated. These one of a kind pieces deserves the best homes.

I use professional grade acrylic paint, mediums and canvas. I paint the sides so your painting presents ready to hang for a clean contemporary look.

I am offering my original ideas, beautifully executed on 12 lb. cotton duck canvas that is triple gesso primed and stretched over 1 1/2 inch solid wood stretcher bars. I specialize in Original Paintings and prints. I primarily create Abstract Art, but I enjoy Modern Art and Geometrical paintings. If you need something ultra-modern, please ask. I use bold colors in my Contemporary Modern Abstract Paintings in all color schemes: blue red green orange purple yellow brown earthtones and mixed.
