	click images below for alternate view     Custom Anniversary Memory Pillows Sisters In Stitches Shown is an example of a custom job done for a couple celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary in February 2006. Their 7 children commissioned the pillows as a surprise. The colors match the anniversary couple's livingroom sofa. A photo was taken of the sofa when the couple was out of town by one of the children and that was provided to me along with their wedding photo as well as a recent photo. I was free to design the pillows however I saw fit. Both photos were scanned and then printed on transfer paper. The photos were then ironed onto dyers cloth. A "shell" design was hand quilted around each photo. In the white border, pairs of doves holding a ribbon were hand quilted. The anniversary couple were thrilled when they received the pillows at their 60th Anniversary Reception in 2006. They now reside on their sofa and are continuously shown to all who visit their home.
