Rollin Kocsis is a Memphis, TN professional artist and art instructor. His studio is located in his home.
Rollin graduated from Indiana University in the 1970's with a B.S. in art education and later earned a Master of Arts in Teaching Art and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting, from Memphis State University.
His work has been shown in juried exhibitions and one-man shows throughout the United States, and he has won numerous art awards during his 40+ years as an artist.

ARTIST STATEMENT
Art is expression, not explanation. My goal as a painter is to express myself as freely and creatively as I can. I paint because I love doing it and I enjoy sharing my work with others. I aspire to create a positive message in my work.
Canadian painter Lawren Harris said, “Paintings come out of themselves.” I truly believe this and that is how I approach my work.
