Watercolor artist Nellya Veller specializes in genres of landscape, cityscape and still-life.
Her professional career had advanced through product design, fashion design and applied art, however watercolor painting had always been her dream.
Nellya’s approach to the watercolor technique is based on a minimal color palette in each work. “The brush must touch the paper as few times as possible. Each paint stroke is precious and must be light and transparent, so the texture of the paper remains visible through the layers of paint to achieve freshness and transparency of color” - says Nellya.
Nellya’s watercolors have been displayed on art exhibitions and in private collections.
