	Dark Eyes, Encaustic Nancy Bossert "Dark Eyes" is an encaustic on prepared, archival, acid free, 100% cotton rag paper. The picture is of a model posing in my studio. The negative space dominates in a soft yellow ocher coloration in which the figure merges from. The image that would be exposed through the opening in a mat would be approximately 20" x 16".
