	Jee'bi Nancy Young Jee'bi is the Chippewa name for ghost or spirit. When I began this painting, I didn't have a idea for any particular subject matter. Gradually I began to see a face and feathers which reminded me of an Indian Chief. It has a certain dignity about it. As the chief's headdress is whirled in the wind, the chief stands strong.
