My name is Michelle Easton and it wasn't until after overcoming cancer that I decided to take up painting again. I haven't painted since I was 17 and it's a hobby that I've always enjoyed but never pursued. Although my background degree is in Business, I am a self-taught artist.
My artwork primarily focuses on landscapes, buildings, and pets. Since I especially enjoy the architect behind castles, you will most likely find the majority of my paintings in that category.
My all-time favorite artists are Pierre-Auguste Renoir, the French Impressionist of the 1800's and Thomas Kinkade. I think their work is brilliant!
All my paintings are done in acrylic and they tend to look much like illustrations. My larger paintings tend to be slightly more detailed than the smaller ones.
At this time, I'm mostly selling prints versus originals but that doesn't mean I wouldn't consider an offer. Just know that my paintings of castles would be the most difficult for me to part with.
My prints are also periodically available for sale at the Orange County Market Place. All future events will eventually be posted as well.
