The moray eel is a Kü kinolau of the sea. There are many stories and legends associated with eels, as there are many species. This spotted eel is particularly beautiful but no less dangerous or feared as any other.
The nocturnal nature of eels make them secretive and mysterious, and normally docile, unless provoked from their holes and hiding places, springing into action.
