 Born in 1948 in Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, I graduated in Business Administration in 1975. For 18 years I worked as manager of foreign trade sectors in a few number of machine and tool plants, and in 1983 I started my own manufacture of turned wooden lamps for home decoration. From 1996 onwards I'm working as a freelance technical translator in my home-office, and in 2003 I started my artistic life with ceramics moulding and painting. In 2004 I entered the "Escola de Arte São Paulo" (São Paulo Art Scool) where I learned to make a number of drawings with pencil and ink and in 2005 I started to paint on canvas. Since visual art is the way I best can express my feelings, I hope to be able to draw and paint for the rest of my life.
