 Since I was a small girl I have been painting and drawing.
In the 1970's I went to Chelsea School of Art and the London College of Printing. I have been a printmaker , painter in watercolours and oils, pastellist and art teacher . Many of my etchings and prints have sold all over the world.
I have had exhibitions in several countries and some of my images have been made into cards by various card companies like Gordon Fraser, Lings, Two Bad Mice etc. Unisef also have used some of the images for their Christmas card range.
Several of my drawings have been made into posters and some have been used to illustrate books.
I love painting the countryside in Sussex England.
To live in such a beautiful part of the country is inspiring to any artist.
Some of my cards are sold by Art is a Tart and etchings at Christies Contemporary Arts.
I have participated in 5 Seattle print exchanges with wood and lino cuts. I am now an associate member of the Society of Graphic Fine arts in London.Our next exhibition will be at the Menhier Gallery in London at the end of September 2008. |
