 Ellen is a retired Postmaster from the east coast who is now living in Colorado. For 25+ years she has been painting in oils and more recently in watercolors. She is mostly a self-taught artist though she has received formal training from various art classes and instructors. Her work is collected throughout the country.
The various wildlife and beautiful landscapes of Colorado offer inspiration for realistic and lovely paintings.
She also loves photography and uses this medium for much of her inspiration.
Original paintings, giclee prints, photographs and blank note cards are available. Cards can be used for any occasion. Giclee prints can be enlarged up to 8 1/2" x 11", some on canvas or watercolor or print paper, and can be matted for an additional cost.
Commissions are considered.
