	click images below for alternate view     Christmas Quilt Sisters In Stitches (see more by this artist) This quilt was a commissioned piece for a wedding gift. The client wanted a quilt that was a Christmas quilt for a cousin's wedding gift. Six (6) different fabrics featuring Cardinals, wreaths, angels, teddy bears, pine cones and Father Christmas images were used in the center of the quilt. The final border is a black fabric with gold leaves. The entire quilt is hand quilted around each fabric patch. In the 4 black rectangles, feathered wreaths are hand quilted. See the detail photo for an example of this area. The outer border has a hand quilted vine of leaves also shown in the detail photo.
