Reuse or Recycling anything can improve the Earth’s environment!
I have done so with some art, as I have recycled & refurbished frames creating a new look, completely different from its original.
This colorful needlepoint is bold with intense color of a deep pink Heart with a golden candle for the Flame of one’s Heart Chakra as a reminder to approach one’s ‘Stream of Life with Love!’
Above the Heart is ‘Pyramid of Truth’ with lots of blues for the Throat Chakra to speak one’s truths boldly! Lavender is for the 3rd Eye’s intuitiveness, so one can honor it as their truth & connection to a higher power, no matter what name used!
Yellow & white with other colors within are for the Spirit & Soul – one’s Crown Chakra & brilliant ‘Light’ from the higher power! Below the Heart are grounding colors of green for the Solar Plexus to honor those ‘gut feelings’ & nurture the Body-Mind-Spirit-Soul connection.
Next is orange for the Pelvic Cavity from whence all life comes & a reminder to keep the body healthy through good food, exercise & awareness of what the body is telling the mind!
Red & Maroons are for the Root Chakra & it is grounded by the ‘Stream of Life’ on this piece’s base.
The entire piece is surrounded by white & the light colors I used to paint this recycled calendar frame to create it into something new.
If we think of the shine on these carefully selected River Rocks & Gemstones from my travels & life collections being the fluidity waters of life, flowing over the bumps & challenges of it & the delicate seashells that often peak our imagination about the oceans, we can approach life with joy, embracing the adventures of experiences.
It is my greatest hope that the current generations will encourage younger generations to reuse & recycle, care for the Earth’s environments in affective, loving & good manners, so that future generations can find lovely stones in Nature to ponder life’s meanings, finding goodness in it all.
If the next generations will recycle all the marble & granite in so many homes, businesses & institutions that have been pulled from the Earth’s Abundance, it would be well that this would be a great reuse of materials highly sought after in current society. Less we not forget, Nature always wins & we are only here for a small snippet in the concept of time.
This would make a great Intuitive Art Mandalla for one’s sacred space, office, a mantle or shelf to inspire the mind, lift the spirits, bring love to the forefront of consciousness & perhaps to imbue the ideals of great conversations.
