	click images below for alternate view     "Neptune Beach" Lisa Ruggiero (see more by this artist) Florida Series: hand carved wooden fish created without patterns. This fish is part of the series being named for cities/towns in the State of Florida. Once a name is used it will then be retired. Neptune has hand painted, detailed scales painted in deep shades of various greens, then they have been edged in metal acrylics, giving the scales an iridescent look. The fish has been sealed with 6 coats of a gloss high grade marine varnish that has a UV protectant, which will protect the colors against fading or damage. Neptune measures 18 inches in length, 14 inches wide and has a mutil colored glass fish eye. A wire hanger is located on the back for easy hanging.
