This is a wooden, hand carved fish that is 3D, both sides are carved, have side fins, and glass fish eyes. The fish sits on wooden/rock sea grass stands that have shells and small rocks mounted to them.The wood on the fish and stands has been painted in watercolors, then sealed, this allows the natural wood grain/knots to show through the colors. Longboat measures 12 inches in length, sitting on the stands the fish measures 10 inches high, and 10 inches at the bases. The stands are moveable so either side or both can be shown, because the fish rests in them. Longboat is part of the series of fish being named for towns/cities in the state of FLorida. Signed, dated, and numbered.
