‘Autumn Peeking Through’ is a photograph taken in Highbanks Metro Park, Lewis Center, Ohio: www.metroparks.net/ParksHighbanks.aspx . It was taken by Maureen W. Clifton with a Kodak Easy Share Digital Camera on its high setting. Walking back from the ‘Adena Mound’ to the park’s Nature Center in a thickly forested area of Coyote Trail, this was such a beautifully framed bright contrast of color. I immediately thought ‘autumn peeking through the trees!’ I stopped, zoomed in & took a single photo! There are 10 different photos at Highbanks herein my gallery. All 10 were taken at Highbanks Metro Park with the idea of finding unusual, sculptural, high contrast color, different shapes, light & shadow. I find Nature often amusing! I went on a quest of objects seen on walks through Highbanks Metro Park different from most photos taken in Nature. Some photographs are from Coyote Run Trail & other photographs are from Olentangy Scenic River Trail & for some, I walked down to the river’s edge where there are seashells along the shore. Prints are only available in Numerical Order of Purchase in a Limited Quantity of Numbered Prints. They will only be sold without a mat & unframed. Size: 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches with white reveal oriented to each photo, whether landscape or portrait style. Each Print will be Shipped as a full sheet (8.5” x 11”) on white matte photo paper, so the owner may trim it for mat or frame. Prints are perfect for framing with an off-the-shelf frame of one’s choice & some would display great in twos. Some of these photographs were featured in a Metro Parks Photo Contest at Highroad Art Gallery, Worthington, Ohio. Each Print when shipped will be in a sheet protector & in a cardboard mailer.
