Hat's off to Julio, the owner of the Oasis, on Airport Rd, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Found a shack on the land, rented it, paid a boy from the street to spray paint it [boy did a wonderful job], set up his restaurant, decorated it, put up a sun shelter, and is growing his business, meal by meal. Stop in. Try a breakfast burrito and spend a few minutes talking with Julio in the warm morning sun.
