A scene of the old Chicago Pumping Station which housed the water works, which along with the Water Tower, acrossed Michigan Avenue, survived the Great Chicago Fire. Now one of Chicago's top tourist attractions, it is in front of the the famous Water Tower Place shopping center and the John Hancock building.
I wanted the challenge of capturing the night scene with the bright flood lights and the excitement of the city. I hope this will bring back many fond memories for those who have experienced his scene personally.
