	Leaving The City Randy Wells (see more by this artist) Original Oil Pastel Art By Randy Wells Jr. I remember driving 30 minutes away from where I live to buying multiple boxes of oil pastels just to use the black oil pastel in the box, since they were not sold seperately at the time. 1994 was fun. Seeing the Sakura and pentel box of oil pastels change the designs of there products and watching the quality diminish in some cases and in other cases become enhanced.
