Sensen means ‘Lotus Blossom’ in Egyptian. I have always LOVED ancient Egyptian art!!!. Long ago on the weekends of my youth, my father would take me to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. There, we two would pour over the Egyptian section in all it’s grandeur. I so admired their serene stylized figures and relief carvings in stone. So, here is Sensen, my exotic dark eyed goddess playing her flutes along the side of the river Nile. On her head is perfumed wax cone which provides a lovely fragrance as it melts.
