I had to take a stack of paintings to the post office yesterday, and afterwards I cast about looking for something, anything I could paint before going back to work. So I drovedown Sprague and pulled off and did this study looking east. One of those views that you start in on wondering, "Why exactly did I pick this?" But you paint, little moments begin to come together, and you find the work painting itself. It was funny while I was painting I must have had 3 or 4 people stop by and comment "nice painting"... and I wonder about that, what are they seeing that I am not, LOL. But I had fun painting it, I always feel so good when I am able to sneak in a little painting here and there in the odd places of Spokane.!
