Yes, the print, and frame here is the one that you are purchasing. When it is sold the next one to be offered will be photographed as our framing differs because they are handmade. Most people are aware of picture framing cost at the many art galleries in the USA. Its up to you as the purchaser on just what you want to spend. As the artist, I have never liked matted framed prints of my works of art. But again, its your choice, and not mine. Have a question, ask it here, and I will answer it personally.
