	Big Five Series. No.3 Caroline Street (see more by this artist) I did a series of three 'Big Five' paintings, i.e. the big five animals of the national parks in South Africa. In this painting I have added the Giraffe to add further interest but he is not one of the Big Five. These animals are considered the main animals to spot, however, they can also be the hardest to find in the parks, in particular the leopard, rhino and lion. One could spend days in the parks and not spot them at all. It is easier to find elephant and buffalo.
