Cosmic Desert II: Inventory #110616. Mixed media on 12 x 12 wood. Inspired by the metaphysical side of Sedona. In addition to attracting artists, Sedona has a large New Age community. This is in part due to the vortexes (or energy centers) believed to be located in the area. Many claim these energy centers are uplifting, revitalizing and inspiring. So when I finally make my trip to the desert, not only will I check out the artist community but I also want to explore these spiritual locations as well.
