This artwork portarys the shortcomings of expectations in the earthly life as pursued by the human soul condition.
Its main meaning is that of a " failure point "; the estate of the inevitability of every best-intended plan, of every kind, we pursue while bound to earth in the physical mode, to experience a single point failure.
The " minus 1 " is a reference to human incapacity rearing its head in every one of us at some juncture of our earth term.
This artwork is the profound portrayal of the Spirit and its earth-bounded ness and the exulting sensation that takes place when the Spirit is freed of the body and the conditions endured by the human mind. This moment, once experienced, is a release point; and hence signifies the " Brilliance " portion of this title and piece. This moment, post physical death, is the re-meshing of the original soul so issued by GOD....into its alpha source point..the cosmos.
