Please look for narratives about these helms in other views on Medieval Art Misty Isles. I have loved to draw helms since I first discovered that I could draw them! I think they are so neat with their many designs & styles from so many eras & cultures. I seem to be attracted to more central European, Norse & Celtic styles. I have drawn a number of helms over the last 3 decades. The drawing combines 3 different styles & two eras, left to right: drawn 1994 an Armet Plumed Helm – Circa 1475 AD, drawn 1994 a Danish Helm – Circa 900 AD, = & drawn 1985 a Armet Plumed Jousting Helm – Circa 1475 AD.
