This is a mixed media creation, showing Christ on the cross at the moment of the transformation from life to death and ultimately to life. The image of Christ is after the 1632 "Christ Crucified" by Diego Rodriguez de Silva y
Velazquez. As an artist I want to bring that moment into a modern context, incorporating fractal art as the background. The image has been copyrighted.
This is available as a beautiful limited edition, giclee impression on canvas or on archival paper starting at $195.00 for a 18" by 24". Each is numbered, signed and if on canvas, hand-embellished by the artist. Thus, each canvas impression is a unique work of art and valuable as an investment piece.
It will be shipped to you ready for a gallery wrap or to be framed for $35.00. It will arrive, rolled in a heavy card board tube, with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist.
