This unique piece is a modern interpretation of the beauty only nature can create. Featuring the greens, golds, reds and oranges of autumn, it exudes a feeling of joy. The style of the painting is influenced by the work of Klimt and has a golden sheen.
This 12X12" original painting with collage is executed on stonehenge 90#, 100% cotton paper. The acrylic painting is detailed with many pieces of paper collage, some large, but most small and unnoticeable until the piece is studied closely.
The final product is considered to be transitional, which is abstracted as well as representational. The surface is finished with varnish so it may be framed like a canvas...without glass.
