	Sunflowers Annie Lane Sunflowers by American Folk Artist Annie Lane This Whimsical Bunch of Sunflowers is an Original Folk Art Painting on a Curved Top Wood. It measures 11" x 14" and painted on 5/8" thick solid pine. I like my paintings to show off the charactoristics of the wood, I leave the sides stained wood and on many pieces you can see the wood knots on the surface and sides. The knots and wood grains are intentional and give a uniqueness to each piece. This painting is textured with crackled paint which gives it a nice effect. It is also a paintover, if you look closely, you might be able to see some of the upraised patterns of the previous painting, on the back it also has to original date of the previous painting in addition to the new date.
