This is my newest self portrait, titled, Artistsitra Zionoiz, ( The Savior of Modern Art ). Artistsitra Zionoiz is the last legal name change that I plan on changing my name to within the next 3 years, ( God be willing and the creek don't rise ).
Salvador Dali called himself "The Savior of Modern Art", by way of Mysticism and good quality draftsmanship. I consider myself to be following in his footsteps, by rejecting "Drippism", "Scribblism", and any other so called "Fine Art" movement that is so minimal and decadent, that they lack any true artistic quality whatsoever, like one color field painting and all of the other "Refrigerator Art" that have been accepted in Museums all across America. So called professional Art Museums and so called Professional Art critics, who have let such decadent garbage into so called "Fine Art Museums", have totally lost all sight of what true good quality art is made up of, and not one of those museums deserves to have any of the "Old True Master Artist's Artworks", in their museum collections, because you can be totally sure that all of the "Old Masters" are turning over in their graves, because all of those so called Professionals of the so called professional 20th Century Art world, have spit on their graves, by allowing such complete garbage to hang in museums next to a Leonardo da Vinci, and so on.
Therefore, we desperately need a "Savior of Modern Art" even much more so, than when Dali was alive and stood against and spoke against such worthless minimal art. The American Art world has definitely become the laughing stock of the whole rest of the Art world, and indeed deserves to be laughed at and mocked for having become the most decadent country, concerning art, in the whole world. I for one am one, who is Mourning the death of modern art in America and will continue to do so until I die.

When all the world has taken it's attention away from the real Art world and been guilty of praising an Art form that looks like someone threw a pizza on the floor. It's time to recognize this Artist's statement.
Because it's true that the only thing most American wealth has bought is crap during the past 50 years.
Unfortunately they don't seem to care! |
