See the additional view for item framed! The symbol used in this item, a horizontal diamond with a border surrounding the second set of colors is an ancient symbol for 'Wisdom!' The overall Framed size of this colorful item is scant 8” wide x 6” high. Its Wood Frame was Custom Painted & checkered in a metallic lavender with a white pearled glaze over the entire surface. Its background is a matte gold paint on cloth. See the additional view of this item to see a closer view of its 3” wide x 2” deep diamond shaped mesh of checkerboard of color. It fills the inner dimensions of the frame on purpose, as it ties it into the frame’s design. Etherial ‘Light’ arrives between all the physical colors of life creating Life’s Checkerboard of Wisdom of ‘Light’ for the inner guidance one can glean when walking a Spiritual Path. The mesh is suspended by a metallic purple ribbon to which is attached strands of beads that move with the ebb & flow of life, never staying in the same position as one gleans wisdom around each corner. These beads are light blues & pink with a splash of clear & can represent the ever-changing Nature of the skies above & the flowing ‘River of Life’ that is in constant change. How one responds toward all life challenges & changes shapes their future. Use of 'Wisdom' in decision making adds strength of character. The diamond is surrounded with metallic golden thread to represent the presence of The Creator. The rest of the threads are acrylic. The dark & light contrast draw the eye into the center & allows it to flow outwardly over the entire spectrum of color, thereby increasing awareness. While the design does not appear to be complex – creating it required the artist’s careful attention. This design could be seen as the Wings of Spiritual Awareness!
