 Jadwiga Bednarz is a Polish-American artist from Boynton Beach Florida. In 1953 she was born in Stalowa Wola, Poland . Painting was her passion since elementary school, but her parents did not let her go to art school. She has received a masters in mechanical engineering from Poland and started working in a high school teaching blue prints.
Because of her love for painting she painted in her free time, but later had no time when she moved to America with her family in 1990. After living in New York for 10 years she moved to Florida which allowed her to retire and find time for her passion.
Her style is to take detailed photos of animals, tropical landscapes, or macro photos of exotic flowers and bring them to life through her oil paintings. She loves the use of bright and vivid colors in her art. Through her oil paintings she is trying to demonstrate the beauty of flowers in a modern, realistic style.She is doing portraits,too. Each of her paintings are original and one of a kind. |
